A recent study revealed a significant majority of DISC and similar assessments available today were absent the studies and reporting to confirm their accuracy. There were a small minority of providers who claimed they utilized a reporting method to validate accuracy. Often, the surveys were conducted by the provider themselves rather than an objective and scientifically qualified third party. However, we are leading by example in this otherwise unregulated industry by submitting our assessments to an objective, independently conducted battery of tests: Construct Validity, Reliability, and Disparate Impact – all by a qualified scientific authority (Assessment Standards Institute). Our goal is to ensure the trust and confidence of our users by producing the industry’s most accurate and class protected assessments to safeguard the scientific accuracy of this assessment.
